FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines; intake systems. SUBSTANCE: intake device has housing 1 with throttle valve 3 mounted on rotary axle 2. Novelty is that throttle valve 3 is made, at least partially, in cross section, of open pore noise and vibration damping material. Size of pores can increase from center of throttle valve 3 to its edge 6. Throttle valve can be made sectional, with streamlined surface.
