One end of the scissors-type opener is supported on the casement (1), and the other end on the blind-frame (2) and is operated by an adjustment linkage and or an electric motor. A locking scissors arrangement (4) is positioned in the vertical fold-space (21) between the casement and frame and is supported on one side against the casement-side casement bearing (5), and on the other side against a blind-frame-side frame bearing (6). The casement bearing and or frame bearing is/are clamped in a groove (7) on the casement or blind frame and or is fixed by punched screws.
