The single pipes (1) have a slightly conical cross-section, fit telescopically into each other and are suspended by attachments for at least one chain. Elastic baffle elements (2) are contained in one pipe and protrude inside the pipe interior. The baffle elements slope towards the centre of the pipe in the discharge direction, are symmetrically positioned and extend into the middle of the pipe. The baffle elements are joined to the pipe at the junction (3) of two pipes and are positioned on a ring (4) whose outer shape has the same conicity as the interior of the pipe.
