<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items while improving transport strength by providing with a function as a base for packaging in a shape packaging condition for preventing the damage generated on a groove for hanging a fastening band when a pump base is packed, and on lower packing boxes which are stacked when they are stored in a storehouse. SOLUTION: An electric motor and a pump head part 7 are arranged on a pump part 1, a control box for operating a pump is mounted on an upper part of the motor, the pump part 1 and a pressure tank 2 are fixed by a steel plate made pump base 4, and are connected to each other by a joint 17. Stacking pressure in a packing condition is shared with a packing external box by a cylindrical cardboard sleeve for preventing deformation of a pump cover 3 and an upper packing, a groove part of the pump base 4 combining a cardboard base is fastened by a fastening band for restricting slippage of packing parts at the time of transportation, and vertical movement is restricted by tension of the fastening band.</p> |
