<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a uniform color filter by spouting a coloring agent to the peripheral area of a display area before a coloring agent is spouted to the display area. SOLUTION: As a halfway state of a color filter manufacture process, a transparent base material 1 of glass, plastic, etc., a light shield film 2, the peripheral area 3, the display area 4, an ink jet head 5, the position 6 of an ink jet nozzle, a preliminarily colored part 7 which is formed by spouting right before main coloring, and a colored part 8 in the display area are shown. Namely, drops of the coloring agent are spouted in the peripheral area 3 other than the display area 4 before drops of the coloring agent are spouted to the display area 4 of a display device. The preliminary coloring in the peripheral area 3 of the display area 4 is carried out to an extent where the spouting becomes stable. An ink jet system becomes stable by several drops. Consequently, a test is conducted with the ink jet head 5 in use and the spouting state is only confirmed until the spouting becomes stable. The spouting is performed preferably more than twice.</p> |
