PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide color filters which are formed with colored layers having high surface hardness without affecting the color tones of these colored layers and more particularly the color filters which have the hard surfaces of the colored layers and are hardly cracked by using stabler materials. SOLUTION: The color filters are constituted to be formed with the colored layers contg. at least coloring agents and resin components to a pattern form on the transparent substrate. In such a case, (1) particles having the max. grain size of <=0.7μm and the average ray transmittance of >=80% at the wavelengths of a visible light region are further incorporated into the colored layers and (2) the pencil hardness of the surface of the colored layers is >=3H. |
