<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a person from being injured, even when the hands are caught by a door, by providing a clearance for inserting finger tips therein between a door butt end in the side for fitting a hinge thereto when the door is closed and a hinge-side vertical frame of the door frame. SOLUTION: A clearance S for inserting, at least, 4 finger tips therein is provided between a door 1 butt end in a side for fitting a hinge 3 thereto when the door 1 is closed and a hinge-side vertical frame 2b of the door frame 2, using a door, the door frame, and the hinge 3. The clearance S is so provided as to use a special hinge 3 and notch a part except the fitting parts of the hinge 3 for the door and the door frame 2. The clearance has enough dimension not to injure a person, when, at least, the finger tips are inserted and caught therein, a conventional door stopper is not provided in the hinge-side vertical frame 2b of the door frame in the side for fitting the hinge 3, and a closing member 5a for concealing or closing the clearance S between the door in the side for fitting the hinge 3 and the hinge-side vertical frame 2b of the door frame.</p> |
