SUBSTANCE: vacuum load gripping device has cylindrical hollow housing open from below with tangential holes to deliver compressed air in side surface of housing. Adapter with lower support surface for load is installed in lower portion of housing. Inner surface of adapter in axial section is made as conjugation connecting cylindrical surface of housing and lower conical surface of adapter. Ribs made on conical surface of adapter have curvilinear side walls. Height of ribs decrease towards periphery, and distance between ribs remains constant.
