The tube (2) has an edge running across its longitudinal direction whilst the foot (3) has several stays (5) which each have a first projection (6) set in the longitudinal direction of the tube underneath the edge. Several connectors are provided of which each one detachably connects two adjoining stays. The tube can have several recesses (4) whose upper edges form the one edge. The recesses are formed as a hole in the outer wall underneath the lower edge of the tube or on the lower edge of the tube as a notch.
