PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously control the data and accessory information required to be updated by inputting the data and accessory information inherent to a user and required to be updated, and folding and storing a sheet printed-out with the data information in a key holder. SOLUTION: A holder case 3 is provided with a substrate and plastic transparent sections 5, 6 on both faces of a cover, and a data sheet 12 is inserted into an insertion section 7 placed at the center. The data 13 or family information inputted in computer software is selectively printed on the data sheet 12 by a data code. Since the data sheet 12 is a small piece, the mutually related data or information is printed on adjacent sheet faces by several folding methods on the folding means of the data sheet 12 to print as much information or data as possible, and the basic data directly visible from the outside through the transparent sections 5, 6 are printed. |
