PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polypropylene composition for injector parts, capable of efficiently producing the injector parts by forming in short period of time according to the designed dimension without forming a defect product, and the injector parts consisting of the composition. SOLUTION: The injector parts consist of a polypropylene composition containing 0.05-0.5 pt.wt. tris(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphite, 0.05-0.5 pt.wt. 2,2-methylene-bis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl)sodium phosphate and 0.05-0.5 pt.wt. bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidine)sebacate based on 100 pts.wt. polypropylene, and having 120-130 deg.C crystallization temperature, 1800-2300MPa bending elasticity an 5-30g/10min melt flow rate. |
