发明名称 INORGANIC POWDER AND CEMENT COMPOSITION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain inorg. powder having an optimum controlled solubility of Al and Ca ions in water and effectively utilizable in a solid-liq. reaction utilizing Al and Ca in liq. phase by using powder obtd. by allowing prescribed mechanical energy to act on an Al compd. contg. water of crystallization and powder of a Ca compd. contg. water of crystallization. SOLUTION: This inorg. powder consists of powder obtd. by allowing 0.5-30 kWh/kg mechanical energy to act on an Al compd. such as aluminum hydroxide and powder of a Ca compd. such as calcium hydroxide. The particle diameter of each of the powders is preferably 0.1-100um. Compressive force, shearing force or impact may be used as the mechanical energy and the Al compd. is powdered usually with a pulverizer such as a ball mill. The pref. molar ratio of Al to Ca is 0.5-5.0. A cement compsn. contg. this inorg. powder ensures a high setting rate and a high hardening rate, does not form ettringite in large quantities in a hardened body and imparts satisfactory dimensional stability and durability.
