PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new compound comprising an N-substituted glycine or the N-substituted glycine and an amino acid having a specific electron charge and containing an acid amide, specifically binding to a low-density lipoprotein(LDL) and used for treatment, etc., of diseases, in which LDL is participated. SOLUTION: This new compound for binding to a lipoprotein having a low specific gravity is a compound represented by formula II or III [αis a compound of formula I, in which R' is an arene group;βis a compound of formula I, in which R' has a positive change; X<1> to X<3> are each a compound of formula I; 2<=(m+n+p+q+r)<=10, 2<=(m+n)<=10, 1<=(m), (n)<=9, 0<=(p+q+r)<=8, 0<=(p), (r)<=8, 0<=(p+q+r)<=8, 0<=(p), (r)<=8, 0<=(q)<=5] and composed of N-substituted glycine represented by formula I [R' is H, a halogen, a (substituted) 1-6C alkyl, a (substituted) 3-8C cycloalkyl, a (substituted)arene, a (substituted)heteroarene, etc.) or the N-substituted glycine and amino acids and forming (un)substituted acid amide bond between amino group which exists at the closest position toα-carbon and carboxyl group of other N-substituted glycine or amino acid in amino group an amino acid having R' in N-substituted glycine, and in the compound of formula II or III, the electron charge E satisfies the formula +1<=E<=+4.
