Rapid-closure mechanism for non-rigid openings

Rapid-closure mechanism for non-rigid openings formed by an arch, consisting of a spiral of semi-rigid material housed inside a hollow located in one of the halves of the free edge of the opening. Said hollow is formed by two walls of the same material as the edge and has a diameter which is slightly greater than that of the spiral. Pressure in the direction of the arrows in the drawing gives rise to a change in the closure position which is kept stable by virtue of the rotation of the spiral on its axis. It allows rapid and leaktight closure and stable opening in non-rigid openings. Both the edges A and B and the points D and E may undergo variations in their construction and formation in order to allow adaptation to the particular needs of different containers. <IMAGE>
