摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the method and device that need no profiling axis (W axis) for constantly holding an interval between a machining head and a material to be machined. SOLUTION: In a three-dimensional laser beam machine 1 in which the machining head 25 is positioned through the control of 3 axes, XYZ, and in which the posture of the machining head is controlled by two axes, i.e., the C axis that rotates around the Z axis and the A axis that rotates around the axis orthogonally crossing the Z axis; the machining head is positioned by controlling the XYZ three axes based on teaching data and moving to the machining position, the posture of the laser machining head is positioned in the normal line direction on the machining surface of the material by the two axes of C and A, and also, the moving and positioning of the machining head is such that the coordinate of the XYZ three axes is correctively controlled so that a gap between the machining head and the material is kept at a set value with the posture in the normal line direction maintained.</p>
