摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to always transfer commanded effective power between a power system and an inverter by generating an AC output voltage command value which has the amplitude of the output voltage command value of the inverter and has an AC amount which is in the same phase with the current of the power system by converting an effective power command value into the output voltage command value of the inverter and giving the generated command value to the inverter. SOLUTION: The divider 9 of a control circuit 4A divides an effective power command value P* by the detected value of the amplitude of the current of a power system and outputs a voltage command value V* which is a scalar quantity to an AC conversion circuit 10. The circuit 10 obtains a voltage command value to a serial inverter 2S by converting the voltage command value V* into an AC amount which is in the same phase as the current of the power system. The voltage command value thus obtained has an amplitude. In addition, the circuit 10 computes the AC amount of the same phase as that of the phase value detected by means of a phase detecting circuit 11 and gives the AC amount to the inverter 2S as a voltage command value so that the effective power commanded by the effective power command value P* can be transferred between the inverter 2A and the power system 1.
