<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly detect abnormalities in a current passing through an electromagnetic clutch without fail. SOLUTION: Measuring means 41 measures a current passing through an electromagnetic clutch 30. If the measured current value is in a first range for more than a first period just after the current is supplied to the electromagnetic clutch 30 until the current reaches a steady state, a CPU 44 generates an abnormal signal. After the current supplied to the electromagnetic clutch 30 reaches a steady state, if the measured current value is in a second range for more than a second period which is shorter than the first period, the CPU 44 generates the abnormal signal.</p> |
