A multiple layer coating applicator device for the cationic ray tube (CRT) includes a whirlpool prevention unit to avoid that a whirlpool occurs in its interior space, the interior space of the whirlpool prevention unit is isolated from the external area while it is mounted in the CRT, a multiple layer coating unit to apply a multiple layer coating on a crystal CRT surface, an activator unit to make the whirlpool prevention unit rotate, and a support unit to support the whirlpool prevention unit, the multiple layer coating unit and the activator unit.
