FIELD: biotechnology, molecular biology. SUBSTANCE: nucleic acids cloning is carried out by contacting nucleic acids with medium components in vitro containing cell-free enzyme system and substrates that are necessary for exponential multiplication of nucleic acids. Then liquid phase is immobilized by its placing in solid base having the developed surface at an average pore size from 100 mcm to 5 nm followed by incubation under conditions providing exponential multiplication of nucleic acids, detection and analysis of obtained nucleic acid colonies.
