PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically move backup pins up and down according to various printed boards, without manual operation by providing cylinders attached to a back up plate to move backup pins vertically and changing the projection times of the backup pins according to the kind of board. SOLUTION: A controller contains information for driving cylinders 10, based on pre-programmed information of printed boards 3. When a code no. representing the order of printed boards held is inputted, an electromagnetic valve drive circuit selectively drives specified cylinders 10 according to a built-in programs to project only the selected backup pins 4. In case of holding a dissimilar model or printed board 3, code no. corresponding to the printed board 3 is inputted to the controller so as to move the backup pins vertically according to this board 3. Thus the backup pins vertically are automatically moved according to the printed board 3. |
