The equipment has at least a slab (12) of unfinished concrete, an upper layer (1,2), and an intermediate layer (10,11) for guiding and insulating against water. The upper layer has at least one drainage slab (2) which can be laid above the level of the intermediate layer, and which is at least partly surrounded by a frame (4,5). The frame is at least partly visible from above, and has inner and outer edges. A first outer edge (5) is arranged on at least one side of the slab, and an inner edge (4) is arranged on a further side, and the gap is sealed by elements (14,15) which are compatible with one another.
