Use of new and known efomycin compounds

摘要

The use of efomycin compounds of formula (I), and their stereoisomers and stereoisomer mixtures, is claimed for the preparation of medicaments for treatment of autoimmune disorders. R1-R4 = H or acetyl. The compounds efomycin M and efomycin T of formula (I') are new. R = H in efomycin M and R = acetyl in efomycin T.
