PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a general consultant to execute consultation work, to easily execute the change of commodity contents, the addition of a new commodity, etc., and to provide a user interface corresponding to a customer level by interpreting a consultation scenario, retrieving a shared information object to be utilized, displaying the retrieved object on the screen of a terminal, and evaluating the consultation scenario executed by the consultant in accordance with his (or her) skillness. SOLUTION: A consultation scenario name list is displayed on a consultant's terminal 16 and a consultant selects one consultation scenario. Consultation scenario data 141 are referred to and a shared information object 142 to be utilized in each consultation scene is retrieved from an external storage device 14. The object 143 is displayed on a customer's terminal 31 and the consultant's terminal 16 based on information shared management data 142 and customer information to control the operation right of the object 143. While displaying necessary information on both the terminal screens, the consultant consults with the customer. The executed consultation scenario is evaluated in accordance with consultant's skillness. |
