PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain digital effect by the use of only one image reproducing device and one storage medium by generating an address corresponding to reproduced digital image data, storing the generated address and reproduced digital image data on a 1st storage medium, storing the generated address on a 2nd storage medium, and giving digital effect to digital image data according to those stored addresses. SOLUTION: A memory 205 extracts parts of two digital image data for digital effect stored in a memory 205 according to a block address received from an address generating device 207, and transmits the extracted parts of the two digital images to a buffer 208. The buffer 208 puts the parts of the two digital images received from the memory 205 together according to data address by X pixels (X: natural number) received from the address generating circuit 207 to generate digital image data of a new frame or field. |
