<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a resin film excellent in the protective function to a metallic body part and the content on an inner wall surface by performing the spray- coating of the spherical particle dispersion consisting of metal-attachable thermoplastic resin on an inner wall surface of a body part, and performing heating and fusion thereof. SOLUTION: A metal-attachable thermoplastic resin layer 21 is formed as a base coat layer on a surface of a body part 3 of an extrusion tube 1, and a thermoplastic resin layer 23 is formed as a top coat layer on its surface. The thermoplastic resin to form the thermoplastic resin layer 23 is attachable to the metal-attachable thermoplastic resin layer 21. The metal-attachable thermoplastic resin layer 21 is formed by spray-coating the spherical particles dispersion consisting of the metalattachable thermoplastic resin, and then, heating and fusing the particles. The regular mean thickness of the base coat layer 21 is approximately 5-100μm, while the regular mean thickness of the top coat layer 23 is 5-150μm, and the total film thickness is >= approximately 10μm. A fine resin film 9 low in pin hole degree can be provided.</p> |
