LAMINATE OF THERMOPLASTIC RESIN MIXTURE AND FIBER MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently fluidize fiber material at the time of molding and to effectively distribute it in a product by forming the material of discrete fibers without incorporating binder, and perpendicularly providing some of the fibers to a plane of the sheet. SOLUTION: Fiber material does not contain binder, and is formed of discrete fibers so that some of the fibers are oriented substantially perpendicularly to a plane of a sheet. As a result, a laminate adapted to treat by flow molding is obtained. The material is made of nonwoven needle punched mat. A tensile strength of the material per unit weight is advantageously 0.015 to 15Nm/g at 20 deg.C. A density of the material is suitably 50 to 1000kg/m<3> by compression at a pressure of 1kg/dm<2> . The resin in the laminate is suitably a group of aminoplasticformaldehyde and/or phenol formaldehyde resin.
