<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effective use of a waste tire as a flower pot or the like by forming a circular cut part at one side face of the waste tire with a wheel, and then applying external force toward the side face side without the circular cut part formed so as to reverse the wheel in the state of being pushed out of the waste tire. SOLUTION: At the time of disposal of a waste tire T with a wheel, the waste tire T is placed on a bearing base part 13 of a waste tire cutter 1 and fixed to a fixed base part 13b with a threaded hole. A forward/backward operating handle is then rotatory-operated to move an oscillating arm 14a forward/ backward so as to bring a cutter 14b into a suitable place of one side face of the waste tire T, and a driving motor 12 is rotatory-driven to form a circular cut part at the waste tire T. After cutting is completed, the waste tire T is conveyed to a tire part reversing machine 2 and placed on a pull-out frame base part with the cut part facing downward. A hydraulic cylinder 24a is then operated to lower a pressure plate 24 to reverse a tire part. The waste tire T with the wheel can thereby be used as a flower pot.</p> |
