PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To call attention on holding by defining a recording medium as an accessory and relaxing the serious intention of wearing. SOLUTION: A recording medium 4a for reading/writing data concerning an individual through prescribed equipment is housed in a main body 2 of pendant, for example. The same appearance as ordinary pendant head is applied to that main body 2. The data can be read/written by connecting an input/output cable to an external connecting terminal 4b of the recording medium as needed. In that case, the data can be read/written through a radio signal as well. |
