FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is made up of modules which are arranged in ground in the form of screen. Each module is hollow and produced from polyethylene. Prior to vacuumizing, installed inside module is multidirectional strutting unit which prevents sides of module from bending towards its hollow. Module is seated in trench. Aforesaid screen can be located around inhabited area in the form of arch and it can be arranged locally with respect to separate buildings, structures directly at external side of building or structure. Dampening device is not labour intensive to erect and functionally is quite satisfactory. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 5 dwgl
