FIELD: medicine, surgery, medicinal equipment. SUBSTANCE: the given device consists of two brackets and has fine-pointed knives which are mutually connected with connecting strips. The middles of these connecting strips are fixed by a S-shaped plate which has a length in its spread state being two times larger against the distance between parallel connecting strips situated in one and the same plane along a S-shaped plate. Sharpened ends of four stems are oriented mutually at some angle to each other and designed to be shorten by reducing according to the rupture depth. As a result one should obtain rapid and reliable hemostasis at wide-spread splenic ruptures and fastening organ's fragments at complete rupture. EFFECT: higher efficiency to be used during organ-keeping operations at splenic traumas. 4 dwg
