FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka contains the following ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared product: citric acid, 0.2-0.3 kg; glycerine and glucose in ratio 1:50, 5.0-5.2 kg; ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux" and potable water with content of natural silver 0.025-0.035 mg/cu.dm at the rate of 40% of alcohol strength. EFFECT: broadened assortment of vodkas; higher organoleptical properties of vodka due to synergistic effect of its ingredients.
