PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ultrasonic probe of a tube insertion type which can improve the inspection speed and inspection reliability. SOLUTION: In a prove A, a probe part 7 with ultrasonic sensors 21a-21c inserted into a tube 2 to be inspected is moved in the axial direction of the tube 2 while rotated in the circumferential direction of the tube 2 by a rotary driving part 5. Flaws of the tube 2 are inspected from the inside of the tube by the sensors 21a-21c. An air motor driven by an air pressure is used for the rotary driving part 5. Accordingly, the probe part 7 is rotate at a high speed and motor noises influencing a signal line 3 guiding signals of the sensors 21a-21c are eliminated. |
