PURPOSE: A powder discharge unit is provided to collect powder which is unintentionally discharged and dropped through a discharge end. CONSTITUTION: A powder discharge device in a powder discharge unit(20) which has a discharge end and drops powder through the discharge end; powder collection units(30A,30B) that collect the powder, which is dropped from the powder discharge unit, on the position where the powder is dropped on the lower side of the discharge end; and powder collection unit moving units(40,40-1) which move the powder collection units. The powder collection unit moving unit moves the powder collection unit to be placed on or get out of the position on which the powder is dropped. The powder collection unit moving unit comprises an actuator which moves the powder collection unit linearly. A powder collection container that receives the powder which is discharged from the powder collection unit is additionally included.
