<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a carbon fiber composite molded product with an excellent appearance and physical property facilely and effectively by having a carbon fiber composite material layer of a specific value thickness employing acrylic resin as matrix resin on the surface of thermoplastic resin. SOLUTION: A carbon fiber composite material plate of a thickness of 0.01-2.0mm is used which is obtained by appropriately laminating unidirectional prepregs with acrylic resin impregnated as required, or by impregnating acrylic resin in fabric, knitted fabric, nonwoven fabric, and a mat made up of carbon fiber to be laminated as required and subsequently be heated and compressed. It is difficult to manufacture a composite material plate or film of a thickness of 0.01mm or less, and a composite material plate having a thickness of 2.0mm or more becomes short of a flexural and pliable deformation necessary to be placed in an injection mold. Then, a thermoplastic resin layer is formed on the surface of the carbon fiber composite material plate or in the middle of two sheets of the carbon fiber composite material plates. A thickness ratio between the resin layer and the carbon fiber composite material plate is decided by a balance between an efficiency of capacity performance and costs of material.</p> |
