PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively obtain an attaching/detaching tools capable of preventing from coming off and being easily attached/detached with a simple constitution by providing a detaching preventing board and a pressure operating part engaged with an operating member provided on the detaching preventing board and elastically deforming the detaching preventing board to be in a condition where the detaching preventing board is detached from a neck part, etc. SOLUTION: The detaching preventing board 15 is used as a locking member holding fitting relation between the load receiving hole 12 of a top plate 11 and a shaft member. TheΩ-shaped board 15 is constituted of a fixing bridge part 16 and a pair of expanding/contracting parts 17. The parts 17 are supported so as to be elastically deformed in the board surface direction of the board 15 by means of the part 16, and an opposed pair of pressure operating parts 18 is formed in the vicinity of the leading end. As to the part 16, a pair of pinning holes is formed on a position corresponding to the pinning holes of the plate 11. The positions of the pinning holes of the plate 11 are aligned with those of the pair of pinning holes, and a pair of connecting pins 21 passes through it, so that the plate 11 and the board 15 are fixed.
