The support comprises a base (C) on which is welded a vertical support composed of an inverted U shaped frame (D). The frame, which is fixed on the ground, has a padlock placed on it passing through a bolt (K) or cable. An articulated ring (G) confines the bicycle vertically with the aid of horizontal projections (I), welded on supports (H,J), which are welded on an arc (E) which passes through the wheels and the frame. Rotation of the articulated ring is assured by collars (A) constituting a part of the lock.
