<p>Antibody mutants of species-dependent antibodies are disclosed which have at least one amino acid substitution in a hypervariable region of species-dependent antibody and a binding affinity for an antigen from a nonhuman mammal which is at least about 10 fold stronger than the binding affinity of the species-dependent antibody for the antigen.</p> |
