摘要 The arrangement includes a gearing (31) for transmitting an output power of the combustion engine (1) to a drive path under control of the gear ratio. A control arrangement (46-48) controls an in-take air quantity which is supplied to a cylinder of the combustion engine executing a combustion. A fuel supply timing control arrangement (43) controls the time of the fuel supply to the combustion chamber of the engine. An output arrangement (37, 41, 42) outputs a control signal to the air quantity control arrangement, so that the in-take air quantity is reduced, if a load exercised on the combustion engine exceeds a predetermined value. A signal output arrangement (36) outputs a torque variation suppression signal in response to the output of the control signal or a corresponding signal, to change the gear ratio of the gearing, so that the torque variations of the combustion engine are suppressed. The fuel supply control arrangement adjusts the time course of the fuel supply to the combustion cylinder in accordance with the torque variation suppression signal provided by the signal output arrangement.
