<p>Pharmaceutical agents comprising the compound of common formula (I)-in which X stands for oxygen atom, sulphur atom or methyl group, Y stands for chlorine atom or bromine atom, Z stands for the group of SO2H formula, nitrogroup or alkyl group with from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, r stands for the number 0-3, o stands for the number 0-3, p stands for 0 or then number 1, m stands for the number 0, 1 or 2 and n stands for 0 or the number 1-avoid the effect which lipoxygenase and prostaglandin H-synthase posses, in amount of 0,001-15 percent of weight reduced to the whole compound. These compounds are used in the form of emulsions, ointments, gels, sprays, powders, etc., for local or inhalation treating the skin inflammation of the microbial origin, skin irritation, diseases caused by cell proliferation, allergic diseases and bronchial asthma.</p> |
