The present invention refers to a dispenser for fluid medium, with reservoir, pump, and pulverizing nozzle, which presents in nozzle a germs blocking means. Such blocking means is constituted by a valve which opens and closes in function of pressure. In connection zone between reservoir and pump, another germs blocking means has been provided in an aeration canalization. This last blocking means presents a filter which works as joint. Two units manually displaceable among them of device, are secured by a latch against their mutual detachment. In this way, germs penetration can be effectively avoided.
