Concrete structural component for building walls, e.g. cellar walls

The structural component comprises a pair of spaced apart concrete plates (5). The concrete plates are made of a very strong concrete mixture or are made with a reinforcement of steel, glass or plastics fibres. The concrete plates have a thickness of at most 38 mm without the reinforcement grid. The concrete plates are connected to one another by integrally cast lattice girders or spacers. The very strong concrete mixture is produced with the addition of a quantity of silica dust, preferably 5-10 % of the cement quantity and with a water-cement ratio below 0.4. The silica dust is produced during ferro-silicon production in an electric smelting furnace and condensed out of the vapour phase. The steel fibre reinforcement consists of rods from 15-40 mm long and 0.2-0.8 mm thick. The steel fibre reinforcement is provided in a quantity of 20-30 kg/m<3> of concrete. At least one concrete filling aperture (6) is provided in one of the concrete plates and is set back from one plate edge to form a concrete filling aperture (7) with abutting structural components.
