PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a foot space at the front of a desk main body and to slant the screen of OA equipment set on a lift table so that the screen is opposed to the line of sight, without making a structure complex. SOLUTION: This desk with a lift device forms a foot space 21 at the front of a desk main body 1 by tapering a front panel 11 which constitutes the desk main body 1, so that the front panel 11 slopes down backward toward a floor face 17. The lift device 25, which comprises a pair of right and left guide members 29 supporting a lift table 27 along the tapered face in such a way that the lift table 27 freely moves up and down and a lift mechanism moving the lift table 27 up and down along the guide members 29, is diagonally installed inside the tapered front panel 11.
