摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve properties of being hard to stain, and printing performance by setting a ratio of specific surface inclining degree or more obtained by measuring specific revolving power by an interatomic force microscope (AFM) to a specific range, and setting hardness obtained by measuring it by a Vickers hardness tester to a specific value. SOLUTION: A ratio of 30 degrees or more of surface inclining degree obtained by measuring at revolving power of 1.9μm by an interatomic force microscope (AFM) is set to 10 to 20% to smooth a surface, and hardness (Hv) obtained by measuring it by a Vickers hardness tester is set to 20 to 100kg/mm<2> to harden the surface. Further, a ratio of 30 degrees or more of surface inclining degree is preferably set to a range of 12 to 18%. Thus, characteristics of excellent stain difficulty, printing performance and plate wear resistance, preferable stain resistance on a halftone part and stain resistance of non-image part on a blanket can be exhibited.
