PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a self-adhesive tape for electronic parts which is adherable at relatively low temps. and has sufficient insulating properties and reliability by forming two adhesive layers both of which contain at least one polyimide and the glass transition points of which are difference from each other. SOLUTION: This tape comprises two adhesive layers both of which contain at least one polymide comprising 100-40mol% at least one kind of structural units selected from among units represented by formulas I and II and 0-60mol% at least one kind of structural units selected from among units represented by formulas III and IV and the glass transition points of which are different from each other. In those formulas, Ar is a divalent arom. group selected from among groups represented by formulas V, VI, etc.; R is 1-10C alkylene group or CH2 OC6 H4 whose methylene group is bonded to Si; and (n) is an integer of 1-20. Pref. the difference in Tg of the two adhesive layers is at least 40 deg.C. |
