PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent performance of a scroll compressor from being deteriorated caused by a seal bearing, by forming the seal bearing into such a shape as to secure sealing performance. SOLUTION: The side surface of a seal bearing 45, to be brought in contact with the lower end of a driving shaft is so formed that the end of an insertion hole 45c side may be higher than the outer peripheral edge of the seal bearing 45 by the specified value. The seal bearing 45 is provided with an annular groove 45a and at least one radial groove 45b radially and outward formed from the annular groove 45a on the side surface 45d to be brought in contact with the driving shaft, and the side surface of the insertion hole 45c side is formed from the annular groove 45a so as to be higher than the side surface 45e on which the radial groove 45b is formed by the specified value. The side surface to be brought in contact with the driving shaft is made into an arched shape in which the height is gradually increased from the outer peripheral edge to the insertion hole 45c side end. |
