PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To denitrate combustion gas without the need of catalysts and ammonia. SOLUTION: An exhaust gas denitrating system 1 is provided with a first and a second combustion means 11 and 12 than burn the exhaust gas to the generating source of exhaust gas and the first, and the second combustion means are provided with a first and a second burners 15 and 16, a first and a second heat storage bodies 13 and 14 that preheat the combustible exhaust gas that is fed to the first and the second burners, and a flow path-switching means 4 that switches over the flow paths of the exhaust gas and the re- combustion gas selectively. The flow path-switching means switches over the paths to either of a first position or a second position selectively at predetermined time intervals.
