PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open and close a ventilating window with a single swing to the inside of a room with respect to a ventilating hole even when a space in the direction of rotation of the ventilating window is restricted. SOLUTION: A movable block 20 made free to slide and rotate in the direction of a ventilating window 9 is mounted on the ventilating window 9 and a link shaft 21 is coupled with the movable block 20 and a base part 2a of a building 1 freely to rotate or rock. Further, an air cylinder 24 is rotatably coupled with the movable block 20. The movable block 20 is slided with the advance and retreat of the air cylinder 24, and the cylinder shaft 21 coupled with the movable block 20 is rotated so as to act as a support or be fallen whereby the ventilating window 8 is opened and closed with a single swing to the side in the room 2. |
