PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the video scrambler adopting a configuration in which one communication controller is used for a component that generate key data and supplies the data to a plurality of video scramblers so as to minimize a time leg of the communication controller (the state in which descramble processing is impossible). SOLUTION: Key data 31' and an update timing 34 that are generated (copied) based on key data 31 being a communication controller output 32 and an update timing output 34 are outputted as video scrambler outputs 33 in a timing twice (half in period) a timing to receive succeeding key data (DATA2) 31 after the reception of first key data (DATA1) from the communication controller output 32. |
