PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a perfect reproduced image with no omission of encoding data caused even when a radio communication system is switched by monitoring the circuit state to selectively connect an optimum system to a dynamic image transmitter from a connectable communication system, switching automatically the optimum system to an optimum communication system based on the calling state and also changing the encoding processing system of dynamic images. SOLUTION: An antenna 100, a transmission circuit 101 and a reception circuit 102 are used for connection to a simple type telephone system, and an antenna 110, a transmission circuit 111 and a reception circuit 112 are used for connection to a portable telephone system respectively. A circuit quality detection part 105 monitors the circuit state and detects the circuit quality. Based on the circuit quality, a system control part 107 decides the radio communication system to be connected. The connecting destination is changed by a switch part 103. Then the connection is preferentially secured to the simple portable telephone system which can assure a high data transmission rate. As a result, the connection is secured to a 2nd preferential circuit even when a 1st preferential circuit has no idle channel. |
