<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a insertion/pulling out system which can prevent a fault which is caused by an initial fault of a board or insertion/pulling out of the board from propagating to the entire system. SOLUTION: When a board 1 is inserted into a back panel 2, an initializing bus protective circuit 10 turns a bus that is connected to the board 1 to a disable state because an insertion/pulling out operation detection circuit 1b detects the insertion to the panel 2. When the insertion of the board 1 to the panel 2 is completed, the circuit 10 changes the bus from its disable state to its enable state, frees the protection of the bus and outputs a bus protection end signal to a microprocessor through a connector 1e. When the microprocessor receives the bus protection end signal, it sets an error suppression register. After that, the microprocessor executes a diagnosis program of the board 1 and updates the physical configuration information of memory when the diagnosis program is normally finished.</p> |
